We have tried this product for 1 year now, and we do have to say that it is 80% - 90% a very good product. There are some dropped calls, so we do have to say that this is the major problem with this device. We hope this is a software problem that they will soon fix. We do make most of our calls with Magic Jack, and it is very clear. We had pauses in voice qulity at first, but the bugs have all been worked out. Try it out. At $19.99 a year, you cant beat the price.
